Welcome to Peace Rec ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peace Rec platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The Service is available to residents of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec where participation in sweepstakes is subject to additional regulatory requirements. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate in contests or sweepstakes offered through the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Peace Rec operates regulated sweepstakes and contests. Each contest is governed by its own Official Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules of a specific contest, the Official Rules shall prevail.
No Purchase Necessary: An Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is available for all contests. See the Official Rules for each contest for details on how to enter without purchase.
Skill-Testing Question: In accordance with Canadian law, all winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before claiming their prize. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Winner Selection: Winners are selected using Random.org's true random number generation service, ensuring provably fair and transparent draws. Draw results are final and binding.
Wallet credits are non-refundable once loaded. Please read this section carefully before adding funds to your wallet.
5.1 Wallet Credits: The Peace Rec wallet allows you to pre-load funds for use within the platform. Wallet credits are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and can be used to purchase sweepstakes entries, live draw entries, and merchandise.
5.2 Loading Methods: You may load your wallet via credit card (subject to processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction plus 5% GST) or via Interac e-Transfer (no processing fees). The minimum load amount is $5.00 CAD.
5.3 Non-Refundable: Once loaded, wallet credits are non-refundable. Wallet credits:
5.4 Administrative Refunds: Refunds of wallet credits are available only at the sole discretion of Peace Rec administration. Refund requests may be submitted to [email protected]. We are not obligated to issue refunds except where required by applicable law.
5.5 Account Closure: If your account is closed or terminated, any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited unless a refund is approved by administration.
5.6 Consent: By loading funds into your wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the non-refundable nature of wallet credits as described in this section.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and payment data. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your account settings. Transactional messages (e.g., payment confirmations, winner notifications) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peace Rec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.
