  • Contest Activity: Contest entries, draw participation, skill-testing question responses, and prize claim history.
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction patterns collected automatically through standard web technologies.

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process contest entries and wallet transactions
  • Conduct draws and deliver prizes
  • Verify age eligibility (19+ requirement) and provincial compliance
  • Send contest notifications, winner announcements, and skill-testing questions via SMS and email
  • Process e-transfer payouts for prize winnings

4. Communication Consent (A2P Disclosure)

By creating an account and providing your phone number, you consent to receive Application-to-Person (A2P) messages from Peace Rec, including but not limited to: contest entry confirmations, draw notifications, winner announcements, skill-testing questions, and prize claim instructions. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your account settings, but certain transactional messages (e.g., winner notifications, skill-testing questions) are required for contest participation.

5. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Payment Processors: Stripe, for secure payment processing.
  • Communication Services: GoHighLevel (GHL/Platfrm.ai), for SMS and email notifications.
  • Random Number Services: Random.org, for provably fair draw selection (no personal data is shared — only entry counts).
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure session management, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Contest records and transaction history are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Canadian tax and regulatory requirements. 10. Quebec Residents

Due to the specific regulatory requirements of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ), residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate in contests on this Platform. If you are a Quebec resident, your access to contest features will be restricted.
